No sport background needed.
These are slow, mindful movements designed to release physical tension and bring you back into your body.
Yoga nidra
A guided deep-rest practice: lying down, effortless. You don't have to do anything except listen. It quiets the inner chatter.
Neurographica
The heart of the workshop.
You'll work with your own topic:
a recurring pattern, a feeling, a situation you want to see differently.
No artistic skill is needed: you will use a psychology-based drawing method to work with your topic.

About the method
Neurographica is a psychology-based drawing method developed by psychologist Pavel Piskarev.

It works at the intersection of art, neuroscience, and psychology.

The idea is simple but powerful: the act of drawing specific patterns activates neural pathways and helps you process what's hard to put into words.

You bring a topic: something you're stuck on, something you're afraid of, or something you'd like to change.

You draw it, and through the drawing, insights emerge that talking alone can't always reach.
Things you might be wondering
Honest answers
  • "I don't do sports or yoga"
    No experience needed at all. The movement part is genuinely gentle.
  • "I feel awkward opening up in groups"
    Sharing here is completely optional. That's one of the things that makes Neurographica work well in a group setting: the effect doesn't depend on sharing. You can choose to say something at the end, or not. Both are completely fine.
  • "I'll be coming alone"
    Most people come alone, and that's actually one of the beautiful things about this format. There's something about creative, focused group work that creates warmth quickly. 
  • "Is Veghel easy to reach?"
    Yes, Veghel is right in the centre of North Brabant, about 25-30 minutes from Eindhoven by car. Parking is free right in front of the studio.
  • "What if I've never heard of neurographica?"
    You'll be guided through the method step by step, so no preparation or prior knowledge is needed.

My passion is to help people unlock their potential through creative and mindful practices.

Together with my partner Camiel, we are building our center in Veghel with the mission to make Ashtanga yoga and Neurographica accessible to many, supporting long-term wellbeing and growth.

Since starting in Veghel in 2025, I've held 20 workshops with more than 130 participants, and have worked with companies including Prodrive in Son, Feminique in Nijmegen, and Moaie in Eindhoven.
