How the day unfolds
Each part of the workshop prepares your body and mind for the next — so by the time you pick up the pen, you're genuinely ready.
Is this for me?
You know there's a creative side to you — but life keeps getting in the way. This is a gentle, structured way back in.
You like learning about yourself — through books, reflections, conversations. You're curious about your own patterns and you want to grow consciously.
Overthinking is your superpower — and your curse. You'd love to feel more present, more grounded, more at ease in your own body.
Your to-do list never ends. Even rest feels like you should be doing something. You need a dedicated space where slowing down is the whole point.
Procrastination. Self-doubt. Sabotaging yourself right before something good happens. These loops have been going on long enough — it's time to see them differently.
Not just gym or a face mask kind of wellbeing — but something that reaches the nervous system, clears the mental noise, and genuinely recharges you.
— your inner world, given shape
About the method
Neurographica is a psychology-based drawing method developed in Russia in 2014 by psychologist Pavel Piskarev. It works at the intersection of art, neuroscience, and psychology.
The idea is simple but surprisingly powerful: the act of drawing specific patterns — rounded lines, shapes, the resolving of "conflict points" on paper — activates neural pathways and helps you process what's hard to put into words.
You bring a topic. Something you're stuck on, something you're afraid of, or something you'd like to change. You don't explain it, you don't need to share it. You draw it — and through the drawing, insights emerge that talking alone can't always reach.
No drawing skills required. This is not about beautiful art. It's about your nervous system and your inner world — and both of those are already inside you.
What you walk away with
Most people describe a feeling of lightness and clarity — even on topics they've been carrying for years.
You'll use the session to work with something real — and most participants leave with a shift in how they see it.
The movement and yoga nidra release physical tension you might not even have noticed you were holding.
Neurographica is a method you can do at home, alone, anytime. You'll have it after this workshop.
Something about this kind of work creates genuine warmth in a group. People come alone and leave feeling like they belonged.
This isn't passive. You'll come away with something real — a realisation, a new frame, a shift in energy toward a situation.
Not a quick-fix. A full-body reset. The kind you feel the next day too.

Your guide for the day
Hi — I'm [Your Name]. I'm a certified Neurographica facilitator and I've been working with this method for [X] years, after it genuinely changed something in the way I relate to my own recurring patterns.
I create spaces that feel safe and unhurried — where you can slow down enough to actually hear yourself. The combination of body work, deep rest, and drawing isn't accidental: each element prepares you for a deeper experience of the next.
I've worked with [people who / groups who — add your background here]. I run workshops in English and Dutch.
