How the day unfolds

3.5 hours, intentionally designed

Each part of the workshop prepares your body and mind for the next — so by the time you pick up the pen, you're genuinely ready.

40 min
Gentle body movement
No sport background needed. These are slow, mindful movements designed to release physical tension and bring you back into your body — so your mind can finally breathe.
20 min
Yoga Nidra
A guided deep-rest practice — lying down, effortless. You don't have to do anything except listen. It quiets the inner chatter and opens up space for real reflection.
2.5 hrs
Neurographica session
The heart of the workshop. You'll work with your own topic — a recurring pattern, a feeling, a situation you want to see differently. No artistic skill needed; this isn't about making art. It's about using drawing to access what's already inside you.

Is this for me?

This workshop is for you if…

01

You feel the pull of creativity

You know there's a creative side to you — but life keeps getting in the way. This is a gentle, structured way back in.

02

You're drawn to self-discovery

You like learning about yourself — through books, reflections, conversations. You're curious about your own patterns and you want to grow consciously.

03

You live too much in your head

Overthinking is your superpower — and your curse. You'd love to feel more present, more grounded, more at ease in your own body.

04

Slowing down feels nearly impossible

Your to-do list never ends. Even rest feels like you should be doing something. You need a dedicated space where slowing down is the whole point.

05

The same patterns keep returning

Procrastination. Self-doubt. Sabotaging yourself right before something good happens. These loops have been going on long enough — it's time to see them differently.

06

You want to invest in your wellbeing

Not just gym or a face mask kind of wellbeing — but something that reaches the nervous system, clears the mental noise, and genuinely recharges you.

— your inner world, given shape

About the method

What is Neurographica?

Neurographica is a psychology-based drawing method developed in Russia in 2014 by psychologist Pavel Piskarev. It works at the intersection of art, neuroscience, and psychology.

The idea is simple but surprisingly powerful: the act of drawing specific patterns — rounded lines, shapes, the resolving of "conflict points" on paper — activates neural pathways and helps you process what's hard to put into words.

You bring a topic. Something you're stuck on, something you're afraid of, or something you'd like to change. You don't explain it, you don't need to share it. You draw it — and through the drawing, insights emerge that talking alone can't always reach.

No drawing skills required. This is not about beautiful art. It's about your nervous system and your inner world — and both of those are already inside you.

What you walk away with

What happens after 3.5 hours

Most people describe a feeling of lightness and clarity — even on topics they've been carrying for years.

🧠

A fresh perspective on a stuck topic

You'll use the session to work with something real — and most participants leave with a shift in how they see it.

🌿

A body that feels less tense

The movement and yoga nidra release physical tension you might not even have noticed you were holding.

A creative tool you can keep using

Neurographica is a method you can do at home, alone, anytime. You'll have it after this workshop.

💬

Connection with like-minded people

Something about this kind of work creates genuine warmth in a group. People come alone and leave feeling like they belonged.

🔍

Insight, not just relaxation

This isn't passive. You'll come away with something real — a realisation, a new frame, a shift in energy toward a situation.

🔋

Genuine recharge

Not a quick-fix. A full-body reset. The kind you feel the next day too.

Honest answers

Things you might be wondering

"I'm not a creative person or an artist."
Good — this isn't an art class. You'll draw lines and round out corners. Anyone can do this. The method is designed to bypass the inner critic, not feed it. Your drawing doesn't need to be beautiful. It needs to be yours.
"I don't do sports or yoga."
No experience needed at all. The movement part is genuinely gentle — think of it as quietly waking your body up. If you can breathe and move slowly, you're fully equipped. There's nothing to perform.
"I feel awkward opening up in groups."
You don't have to share anything. Your topic stays with you throughout the session. At the end, there's space to share if you'd like — but it's completely optional. Many people choose to keep their work private, and that's fully respected.
"I'll be coming alone — is that okay?"
Most people come alone, and that's actually one of the beautiful things about this format. There's something about creative, focused group work that creates warmth quickly. People who come alone consistently say they felt completely at ease.
"Is Veghel easy to reach?"
Yes — Veghel is right in the centre of North Brabant, about 30 minutes from Eindhoven by car. Parking is easy and the venue is in the city centre. If you need specifics, just reach out.
"What if I've never heard of neurographica?"
Most people haven't! That's exactly what the workshop is for. You'll understand the method by doing it — no preparation or prior knowledge needed. Come curious, that's enough.

Your guide for the day

About me

Hi — I'm [Your Name]. I'm a certified Neurographica facilitator and I've been working with this method for [X] years, after it genuinely changed something in the way I relate to my own recurring patterns.

I create spaces that feel safe and unhurried — where you can slow down enough to actually hear yourself. The combination of body work, deep rest, and drawing isn't accidental: each element prepares you for a deeper experience of the next.

I've worked with [people who / groups who — add your background here]. I run workshops in English and Dutch.

If you have any questions before signing up, feel free to reach out directly. I'd love to hear from you.

What comes next

Loved the workshop? There's more.

This workshop is a beautiful standalone experience — but it's also the first step. If you feel called to go deeper with Neurographica, there's a full course starting in June. You'll learn the method properly, in a small group, over several sessions — so you can use it independently in your daily life.

Details will be shared with workshop participants first.
