What is Art-therapy?

Art therapy is a method that uses creative activities to help explore emotions, resolve inner conflicts, and discover new ways to grow.

The goal isn’t to create art.
The goal is to understand yourself through the art you create.

About me
Hi! My name is Natalya Gonta.

At the age of 18, I left Kazakhstan and moved to Prague to pursue a Master’s degree in Management.

Eager to build a career, I quickly found myself working in corporate HR.

While I enjoyed the work, I felt a growing desire to connect with people on a deeper level and help them in a more meaningful way.

In 2018, I discovered Art-therapy and Ashtanga yoga.

These two practices became the foundation of my personal and professional life.

In 2020, I moved to the Netherlands to further immerse myself in art-therapy and deepen my yoga practice.

I studied Ashtanga yoga in India (SYC), Thailand (AYBKK), and Indonesia (Iain Grysak): experiences that enriched both my personal journey and work with others.

By 2023, I opened Art-therapy Education Center, and in 2024, my partner and I started a yoga school: Take Practice Ashtanga Yoga in Eindhoven and Veghel.

Today, I combine my expertise
in art therapy, yoga, and business psychology to help individuals, entrepreneurs, and teams improve communication, tap into their talents, create more meaningful, fulfilling lives and work environments.
