Hi, I'm Natalya
I'm a Certified NeuroGraphica® Instructor and Art Therapist.
You know what you want. Why is it so difficult to move forward?
You have ideas. You know what you want to create, where you want to go, or what the next step should be.
But when it's time to act, the doubts begin. You rethink your plans, question your decisions, worry about how others will respond, or keep looking for a better way to do things.
You might spend hours trying to figure it all out, even when part of you already knows the answer.
And it's frustrating when you understand yourself quite well, yet still find yourself caught in the same patterns.
Understanding your patterns is one thing. Changing them is another.
You may already know why you doubt yourself, overthink decisions or hold back from doing what matters to you. You may even recognise exactly when an old pattern takes over.
And yet, in the moments that matter, you find yourself reacting in the same familiar way.
NeuroGraphica offers a different way to work with these patterns. Through a structured drawing process, you can explore what may be influencing your reactions beneath the surface, make connections you haven't noticed before, and begin to approach familiar situations differently.
You're welcome to book a free 30-minute call with me
In a free 30-minute call, we'll look at one specific situation where you feel stuck and explore how NeuroGraphica can help you see beyond the patterns you already recognise, discover what's still going unnoticed, and begin to create room for a different response.
What people noticed
I did the practice on a card for my future self, and I saw very clearly where I get stuck. It brought me to tears. And it gently led me to action. Drawing really gives you a step towards doing.Elza
In today's practice I saw myself. Not the one others want to see, not the perfect one, but the one who allows herself to be different, to dream, and to follow the path that feels like mine.M.
What changed in these two days: I started doing what I had been putting off. I continued my studies, which used to scare me. I stopped postponing things, both at work and in my personal life.Yulia
