сalm your mind, and recharge your energy:

all at your own pace with personal guidance
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic practice that helps you release stress, strengthen and relax your body and mind, and most importantly, feel better, starting from the very first class.

What can you expect from Ashtanga Yoga?

1. A Personalized Experience from Day One

When you arrive at an Ashtanga Yoga class, you won’t find a typical guided session with music and synchronized group movements.

Instead, you’ll experience the Mysore style — a self-paced practice where the teacher works with you individually.

2. Start Small: Your Practice Grows with You

If you're new, your practice might only be 15-20 minutes long.

The teacher will assess your body, flexibility, and strength, guiding you through a few poses that are right for you.

There’s no rush.

You learn to connect each movement with your breath, building a solid and safe foundation before moving forward.

3. Progress at Your Own Pace

As you become more comfortable, the teacher will gradually introduce new poses.

You’ll build strength, flexibility, and focus over time, seeing clear progress with every step.

Because you repeat the same sequence each time, you can measure your own growth — both physically and mentally.

4. An Inward-Focused Practice

Ashtanga is distinct because of it's set sequence of movements and postures and it's emphasis on breathing — a deep, audible breath that creates a calming effect, helping to center the mind.

While there’s no music, the sound of your breath fills the room, providing rhythm and focus.

This practice encourages an inward journey, where your attention is on your body and breath, leading to mental clarity and a sense of calm.

5. Individual Guidance in a Group Setting

Though you practice independently, you are never alone.

The teacher is always present to offer adjustments, answer questions, and support you.

At the same time, you’ll feel the energy of the people practicing around you — a room full of individuals deeply committed to their own journey.

This sense of shared dedication is what makes the Ashtanga community so strong, both locally and worldwide.
